Thanks to everyone for a great year! We are still taking calls for next summer but the truck is hibernating for the winter. So far we have 2 events planned and we have lots of room for your private event at work or school or wherever! We are NOT at our location downtown any more for this year.

So what is The Happy Pineapple Hawaiian Shave Ice Company??
The Happy Pineapple is all about giving you the best shave ice experience you can have outside of Hawaii. We figured that since there wasn’t any shave ice here yet, we might as well do it right. It all boils down to a few simple rules:
USE THE BEST MACHINES-While the brand of machine may be debatable, or a personal preference, the type of machine is unanimously agreed upon. The best ice comes from the best block ice shavers on the market.
USE THE BEST ICE- Ice must be custom made from only the finest purified water sources.
USE THE BEST SYRUPS- We can say we are a true Hawaiian shave ice company because we bring all our syrups in from Oahu. There are places out there where you can get a Hawaiian “style” shave ice, but by using the exact same syrups that you find at many world famous shave ice stands in Hawaii, we can say that we are also a true Hawaiian shave ice company….except we aren’t IN Hawaii of course.
USE THE BEST CUPS AND STRAWS- Hawaiian shave ice is best served out of a colorful flower cup. We didn’t think there was a way to top that, but there is. We decided to use all biodegradable cups and straws whenever possible. We aren’t heroes, just trying to do our part for the environment.
